GE Capital's global growth strategy in the GE Commercial Finance and
GE Global Consumer Finance business units included dozens of businesses and portfolio acquisitions resulting in increased technology cost, vast operational complexity, growing technical debt and concerning risk exposure.
Our Solution​
Developed and implemented global technology shared services strategy for the consolidation, simplification and outsourcing of back office data center and infrastructure operations while leveraging common systems across 26 countries to accelerate growth, innovation and local business strategy. This included the migration of 10,000 users to Microsoft collaboration suite and salesforce platforms.

Etihad Aviation Group, the national airline of the United Arab Emirates grew quickly over a 10-year period acquiring more than 150 aircrafts and making equity investments in 6 airlines and multiple aviation subsidiaries. As a result of this rapid growth and complexity, significant gaps in strategy, people, innovation and technology services existed across the group. In addition, technology costs, infrastructure and security risks had become a patchwork of legacy systems.

Developed and delivered the Etihad 20/20 Technology Strategy strengthening organizational capabilities and delivering 20 strategic programs driving digital transformation, talent development, innovation, simplification, security and multi-million dollar cost reductions. This included modernization of the digital guest experience, standardized loyalty platform, common reservation systems, cloud-based SAP applications and Microsoft 365 collaboration suite.

Created industry trailblazing "Hilton Innovation Collaborative" together with IBM, Accenture, AT&T, Oracle, Microsoft and Cisco to standardize and upgrade global infrastructure and migrate to cloud based and above property capabilities. Reinvested in Hilton Honors Loyalty program, Online and Mobile Guest Experience in addition to the implementation of Oracle for Finance and Human Resources and Microsoft 365 collaboration suite. Pioneered free-to-use guest internet access with the launch of Hilton Stay Connected with AT&T.
